    Precision shrapnel is an important metal fitting of electronic components, which usually plays the role of conduction, switching, clamping, resonance and so on. The shapes are mostly S type, C type, round, Z type, spoon type, etc.

2. Application Scope of Precision Shrapnel

    Many products which need to be used shrapnels, such as mobile phone cards, mobile phone antennas, headphone audio jacks, connectors, micro motors, sensors, automotive instrument tact switches, medical equipment, PCB boards, etc.

3. Common Materials for Precision Shrapnel

    There are several types of raw materials which can be used to produce shrapnel. Such as beryllium copper (requires heat treatment), titanium copper, phosphor bronze, stainless steel, spring steel, etc.

4. Surface Treatment Requirements for Precision Shrapnel

    Normally, we do the surface treament for shrapnel based on customers' requirements. Gold-plated, silver-plated, nickel-plated, tin-plated, oily ultrasonic cleaning are our common surface treatments which we do for our customers.

    • Times of plugging and unplugging: more than 10,000 times

    • Positive position: 0.05mm Max

    • Verticality: 0.05mm Max

    • Straightness: 10mm reference, 0.05mm Max
