Process Introduction
1. Process drawings of the design and processing parts
Analyze the part diagram, quickly understand the workpiece size, the positional relationship of coordinate points, lines, curves and cutting surfaces, determine the workpiece coordinate origin, calculate the coordinates of each vertex and the coordinates of the curve connection points.
2. the correct process
The selection of workpiece surface processing method is to select a reasonable processing method for each surface with quality requirements. Generally, the final processing method is selected according to the requirements of surface accuracy and roughness, and the processing method of the preparation process before finishing is determined, that is, the processing plan is determined.
3. Select high-efficiency blanking method
Its advantages are short working time and high efficiency, and it is often used in batch manufacturing. Use the programming software to write the drawing expansion diagram into the identifiable content of the CNC machine tool. Let it be programmed to cut the structural shape of its cutlery. Laser finishing is the use of laser cutting to cut a board-shaped structure on a board.
4. Formulate the stamping sequence
Generally, there are processing procedures such as punching angle punching, punching convex shell, punching tearing, pumping, etc. The processing requires corresponding molds to complete the operation. In addition, the bending process also requires a bending bed and corresponding bending die to complete the operation. The design principle is to prioritize next steps without distractions.
5. Complete the fastening part process
Generally, the operation is completed by punching riveting process or hydraulic riveting machine. Fasteners are riveted on sheet metal parts.
